I can't recommend Chris enough as a teacher, I've been with him for several months now and I've learnt more, and improved my playing more, than I could have possibly imagined would be possible in such a short time. Chris is a veteran professional musician and has a depth of knowledge and experience that you only get from a life spent gigging and recording, and he is a great teacher to boot, try Grimsby Guitar, it will definitely make you a better player.

I met Chris at the easing of lockdown, after trying to learn on my own, the lessons are great value for money, as others have said, he listens and teaches you what you want to learn in a very relaxed environment, this kicked on my development and understanding in a big way, lots of lighbulb moments! I had all of my guitars set up by Chris and a major repair on an acoustic with a cracked top, the setups were tailored to my requirements and made great instruments an absolute pleasure to play, the acoustic? I thought was a gonner but it was resurrected, plays and sounds great. I highly recomend having a set up done by Chris. I have had others done elsewhere, but this is by far the best.
