Jars and Bottles

Not a good company to deal with. sent the wrong jar lids and adding to that I was told these were 8 oz jars. All I will say on that matter I wasn't born yesterday when I was told 8 oz measurement are different with this jar....i figured that one out by 2 oz's. Adding to that I even received afew broken jars and a few with tints.

At the time of writing this it's almost 4 weeks since we placed an order and still nothing, we have to keep emailing to see where our items are, sad really as we were placing an order to sample the products then order a lot more but now I wouldn't go anywhere near them, I can order from China faster so take my advice and avoid this place like the plague. No doubt our order will be broken or not arrive at all after this review but it needs to be said...shocking service

Not only was our order late but this company sent us 100 less jars than what we ordered. Admittedly it was our mistake not to count the jars on arrival but it is a mistake we won't be making again. We made expensive changes to the labels to fit this companies range of jars and were looking for a long-term relationship with a UK company to avoid these kinds of issues when going abroad. We tried to resolve this issue with the company but their attitude was appalling. We are a startup but we have a stable and growing customer base. This company have really messed up what could have been a very good customer relationship with them. We have just placed an order with their competition. Terrible service and a perfect example of why companies like these lose business to overseas manufacturers. The whole point of going with a UK company is supposed to be quality/accessability/reliabily/. We had the opposite.
