Myself and my partner have shopped here for years. The quality and prices of the items is always lovely. Staff are usually super helpful. We attended today (not knowing it closes at 3 oclock, at 1 minute past 3) and were rudely told they close at 3, unless we wanted something in particular by a lady and a gentleman. This wasnt our fault given that the door was unlocked. Sadly this was an experience that left a sour taste in our mouths and made us decide we will not shop here again which is such a shame :(. 2 stars based on the quality and prices of the goods
