Dr am in is ok bit the reception is shocking she's rude an don't want to help

I have recently changed to this GP and I must say I made a good choice. Dr Amin is very knowledgable, empathetic, proactive and gives you the time you need during an appointment. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The practice Manager Heather is a lovely and extremely helpful person too, she will do her best to sort out anything that you need e.g an urgent prescription. I also had the pleasure of meeting the practice nurse who was just fantastic. She listened to what I was concerned about and discussed things WITH me, rather than talking AT ME which I've experienced many times in other practices. Overall, this practice is ideal for people that want a service which is proactive, understanding and easy to access appointments. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
