With the sudden cold snap our boiler stopped working, Sara was great, knew what the problem was and gave me guidance over the phone, getting our heating and hot water quickly and saving a call out fee. Will definitely use for any future works as honest and nice to deal with.

It's difficult to get the trade to answer the phone nowadays. Not only did Sara answer the phone when she was clearly busy, she spent time diagnosing the problem and gave me the solution to fixing my central heating over the phone. What a star!! Sara will be the only person I call from now on for anything plumbing and heating.

Called Sara about my boiler this morning and was here within the hour luckily it was a quick fix but so pleased to have heating now , she was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything thank you Sara Ur in my phone book x

Thanks Sara for the boiler service and parts replacement ,and making our old ford mondeo boiler into a new ferrari,,,,,,,,clean and efficient,,highly recommend
