Right from the word go there was wrongly used context right from the start, being she was that thorough with her work she will "dot the teez and cross the eyes" spoken verbally but overall being mean to cross the Ts & Dot the i's as to being extra punctual in any other line of work maybe. But not in a place of work like a funeral home being claiming to be extra extra punctual not only that but you will dot the T's and cross the i's !! "Dot the teez and cross the eyes ". Relates to actual biblical text you can find on any search engine, Word's are very powerful things when used correctly or incorrectly in this case, but right now that phrase is a absolute joke if I'm honest in regards to punctuality. After my mother arrived there she had items go missing from her a stitched cross then and gold band. I was then accused of replacing a band and taking 1 also. Me, Antony son of Lynn went to say my good byes running up to the funeral, daily and of all of this it was not at all anything close to of a good send off in the major distrust issues from the start on a personal matter, but just with the communication issues, poor Recording of Data Descriptions & items, false accusations and dis trust from the start. Spelling mistake in my mams own funeral card . Although it was a good send off with the flowers and the full out come, my mams coffin looked liked something she'd of liked so all good with the decorations, No names mentioned of any of the miss communication issues and lost content we will call it I'll give them a generous 2 star to the receptionist 4stars for you will all the contributions even on the day with my must missed nephew be with you thank you the rest was all abit unprofessional to say the least. I hope this will be addressed in the future to how you do your thourough introductions and please be extra careful of words in the only place never to say that phrase, in particular as I said earlier, never ever ever would if you be crossing of the eyes in any context in a funeral most of all !! It's laughable and far from thorough at all I'm sorry to say.

As my sister has been taking of my late dad's estate this place has gone downhill after been taken over by the co-op, there was a time this place was the talk of the town now it's totally different company we won't be using this place again!

We have recently lost our beloved uncle, great uncle and great great uncle and brother in law. Mike and the team at kettles funeral care were outstanding. The support they gave was second to none. For what has been a difficult time for us they kept me up to date what was happening and helped us find the right music. They should be very proud of themselves and the great work they do. Thankyou Marie for listening to Beethovens 5th symphony!!! many many thanks from all of us.
