Wonderful place to work

Not a very good place to work. When you first start they expect you to know everything and do everything quickly. Only a 20 minute break 2 of it's a 8 hour shift, 3 if 12 hour shift. Some of the supervisors are rude aswell. Still good quality tho in terms of bread production etc. Still tho I didn't enjoy my time there.

** Country style foods ** I am a 43 Yr old guy who had a terrible period with going through marital break up , bankruptcy, mental health loosing my home, business, work, children so on.. I decided to give this factory life a go & tbh I was struggling, & so was my current partner & we are really grateful for the support that was immediately put in place & they went above & beyond to help our obvious crises & they are still supporting us.... I have nothing but gratitude for this company & more important than that, the cracking bunch of characters that work here... I think I I can even say that they are like family to me... Especially my managing supervisor who's an incredibly capable leader but I am overwhelmed by his humble & caring nature... He most definitely has a rare natural talent in getting the best out of an individual... Can't thank him enough... I look forward in progressing further with this ambitious company... Great place to work. Hard work but a very friendly enviroment good people always willing to help. Ive worked for countrystyle for nearly 20 years and you dont do that many years if its not a good company i woud reccomend to anyone who wants a full time job
