Pre ordered a 40 bouquet for mother's day, very disappointed , supposed to be a colourful array of flowers, got mainly yellow chrysanthemums and a couple of lily stems, rest was made up of greenery. Won't be using this florist again, not worth the money. I shouldn't have to express my disappointment, as an established florist you should know what is an acceptable service. You shouldn't deliver what you can't promise and still charge the full amount!

69 delivered for a SUMPTUOUS ROMANTIC MIX for Valentines Day. It arrived and there was 11 flowers in it total, very sparse and disappointing. The pictures shower a luxury bouquet, filled with flowers, showing over 20/30 at minimum. Nope, 11. Interflora money grabbing scamming people out of Money. Very disappointing Cromwell Florists would trust their reputation with this, contacted them and was basically told to lump it with no resolution. Shop independently from the great local florists vs shopping with Cromwell.

Easy to deal with and made the process simple. Made a very beautiful pair of box flowers within a couple of hours and pricing was clear. Would certainly use again and many thanks!
