John was brilliant. He came when he said he would and sorted the problem out keeping us fully informed at every stage even though it turned into a much bigger job than expected. He also charged a very fair rate for my mother who is in her 90s.

*Edit If Carlsberg did drain cleaning This is probably the most efficient service we have ever used for anything! Turned up very quickly, sorted the job, sent an invoice using an easy pay system (good rates too), and done. All sorted in a few hours. Very impressed. Jan 23. Used a second time. Wasnt as good as the first. No show for first booking. Called and was told delayed on job. Fair enough but message wouldve been good. Booked second time and was much later than appointment time. Did a great job when he was here but ran out of time to finish the job and tidy up. Said hed be back either tomorrow or the weekend. Still waiting several weeks later, with a big hole in the ground. Looks like were going to have to finish. Understand van broken and out of action.

Absolute great service from John , I called him yesterday evening and he came on time this morning as arranged . Fantastic service and price from start to finish , I would advise everyone to use John he even pointed out a future problem that could be rectified easily GREAT LOCAL COMPANY ! !

I have used this service 4 times now, mainly as a preventive precaution, because my drains have a very long system of pipework, with very little slope. I cannot rate John highly enough. What a thoroughly conscientious, hard working, reliable fellow he is. Excellent service every time and worth much more than the rates he charges (in my opinion).
