My experience of the Practice and whole team is fantastic. The reception team are professional in always do their best to find suitable appointment and provide calls before appointments pro-actively. I have just been assigned a new dentist Abdullah Barlas who spent the time listening to what I wanted and clearly explaining various options and new procedures. He walked me through the x-rays and again spent the time to explain in layman terms what I was looking at with treatment options. A great dentist addition to the team. 5 Stars

Having read the negative reviews about this practice I have to disagree. I have always received nothing but fabulous treatment from my dentist Barna, they have always accommodated me whenever I have needed.I would definitely recommend this practice.

Patients Beware, this practice have refused to see me for the last 2 years for rountine appointments, saying they are only seeing emergencies. When I called with an emergency they said it wasn't enough of an emergency, 2 weeks later they are now saying that they are not seeing NHS patients and that that I have been forcibly deregistered for not attending, despite me trying to attend on numerous occasions. The receptionist admitted they hadn't been seeing routine appoibtment since covid o how exactly was I supposed to attend? This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from a health care provider. Clearly patients are not important to them unless they have deep pockets. I would advise anyone "registered" here to check if they have been removed without notice before its too late.

I rang up for an emergency appointment as per mydentist instruction when I needed an appointment as "No Problem they would get me in" I was told.(as a kicked-out NHS patient of theirs for over 20yrs) to be told all emergency appointments had gone when the day came I needed one..Strange as I was number one in the queue at 9 am. Please don't treat NHS patients as idiots just because we can't all afford to pay your private fee and your plan to slowly squeeze us all out one by one. Shame on you

I've been with this dentist for 30 plus years. Never had any issues. Since 2020 my appointments continuously been cancelled. I needed an emergency appointment but it is impossible to get an appointment. They will find any excuse to not give an appointment. They don't care how much pain you're in, it's always no. Amazingly, they do have dentists available for private appointments
