Trying to ring them for a week now. After 30 minutes give up. This is not once a day this is 3 to 4 times a day. You send an email and reply is it will take 5 to 6 weeks to get someone to contact you. They are very quick to send you a court letter if you miss a payment for council tax though. Services need to improve and start listening to peoples views

Discussed that we pay for a service and dont receive it. We pay for collection of our brown garden bin, when we put it out on the due collection day it doesnt get collected, we keep phoning up just to get fobbed off with a lame excuse saying they didn't see the bin and keep trying, what an absolute joke! Now someone passing by has filled out bin with rubbish as we were told to leave it out, it's been 2 weeks!
