Rejuvadent

Had an emergency appointment here and it was probably one of the best experiences Ive had with a dentist. I saw Joanne, she was really kind and made me aware of everything that was going on at every stage. Really, just being communicated with clearly and being given a little empathy when youre in pain makes all the difference. Her assistant (who I missed the name of, sorry!) was excellent too. So Joanne took a look at the tooth that was giving me pain and decided on a temporary fill with antibiotics until I can get an appointment privately for a root canal. She couldnt promise the pain would go away as a result of the temp fill, but it actually has helped the pain alot. Im just disappointed theres no chance to register as an NHS patientBut if you need emergency treatment youll be in excellent hands here with Joanne.

I have been a patient of Rejuvadent for 2 years and I have always been impressed with the level of care and attention I have received. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything in a clear and concise way. They also make sure that I am comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I have had a number of different treatments at Rejuvadent, including check-ups, cleans, and fillings. I have always been happy with the results, and I have never had any pain or discomfort. I suggest updating your information on the NHS website. It was updated recently to say you're accepting NHS patients. I wanted to register my 5 year old and myself as I'm pregnant. I call and get told my a rude man that there is an 18 month waiting list. Strange part is, I put my son on that waiting list when he was 2. Called back, woman answers and tells me he isnt on the list. Also, you broke data protection when you told us the names of other people on the list with the same last name.

Visited tonight via 111 emergency due to wisdom tooth pain. They were quick to x-ray me which was good as showed other issues. Temp filling on a wisdom, no prior telling me they were about to do the needle. Told the dentist 3 times she was drilling me too much and I wasn't numb, twice she told me "let me check" and continued to drill. The temp filling hasn't even covered the entire hole she drilled!!!!! Numbing has now worn off and I am in absolute agony it's unreal! The whole right side of my face is in constant pain and so far paracetamol hasn't touched it!! Have a feeling I was right when I said she had drilled too much!!! I have never once been scared of dentists before but the rushing to get you in and out, not warning me and how rough she was has definitely made me on edge for further treatment. I'm in absolute agony on my whole right side... From a temporary filling!!!!!

Second appointment there the dentist and nurses are caring, gentle and reassuring. Fantastic practice
