        Took children plus grandchildren to Florida 20 of us hired a coach to Manchester airport and back far better and cheaper than each family taking car plus 2 weeks parking

        Absolutely horrendous customer service. I witnessed a coach driver use his phone while driving and being verbally abusive to members of public. Tried to speak to owners about this and was met with verbal abuse from Amanda Millman who believes she is above the law and above speaking to customers and public about drivers. Rude staff, breaking the law, intimidation are apparently their motto! Avoid at all costs...plenty of other coach companys who dont break the law in a grimsby!
