Decided to use this company after a chat with Richard on the phone. Although very busy he was polite, efficient and produced a very well balanced and comprehensive survey report for the property that I am purchasing, with a verbal report prior to the formal written report. Very pleased with all aspects of the survey and would certainly be using again
