Melissa and the service desk team are amazing! My Meriva developed a fault last week during my half term holiday to the Wolds. AA did a temporary fix to sort the misfire, but with a long journey home really wanted my points and plugs looking at. I droped in on the off chance Wilson and Co could help. Melissa juggled the workshop bookings to slot me in around pre booked appointments the same day. I spent a happy afternoon arguing with the in-laws on Cleethorpes beach, whilst the pros made my car safe. Melissa also ensured the pricing took into account the fact we gave a vauxhall service masterplan. A week later and the car is running perfectly, we made home to London fine. Just wanted to say thank you, a broken car could have ruined 1st holiday in almost a year. Kindness of strangers never ceases to amaze me. Thanks again.
