Stoneacre Grimsby - Volvo Cars

This is the 7th or 8th consecutive new XC90 that I have bought from the team at Stoneacre Cleethorpes and its predecessor John Morris, all of which have been serviced at the same dealers. I would not dream of going elsewhere for a new or used Volvo purchase and subsequent service needs. Friendly, competent and professional in everything they do, its always a pleasure visiting the showroom, even if its just to have a chat and a coffee. I would recommend, without reservation, the teams in both sales and service for all of your Volvo needs

Cant recommend this dealership too highly. All the staff we interacted with were warm and professional. Matt Taylor the salesman went above and beyond to secure us a vehicle at short notice and acted decisively and effectively throughout. Post sales care is also exceptional. Thank you one and all!

I took my XC90 (which I purchased new from Stoneacre ) in to Stoneacre Volvo on Altyre way Grimsby for new rear brake pads, the car has cream leather interior which had all been cleaned the day before, paid my bill and went to the car, the drivers seat was absolutely disgusting, no seat cover had been used and the seat was filthy, for a main dealer this is uncomprehensible bad service.They took it back in and the valeters got the seat cleaned but my car will not be going there again. Buying a New Car made easy by Rick answering the many questions without feeling rushed with efficiency and politeness. Les dealt with Finance and certainly makes you feel at ease when making a big transaction. These guys are a good efficient team that deserve this mention. Thank You to All.
