        Few weeks back they damaged the tyre pressure gauge in one of the wheels. I'm now back waiting for them to replace it (something I had to fight for them to do without cost to myself). I've been here two hours for what is a 15 minute job. No sign of the car being done any time soon. Great customer service... Then you get the car and they turn from Jekyll to Hyde. Customer service is now appalling. Buyers be aware!!

        Best experience yet of buying a new car, the salesman (Mike Frith) made it so. Knowledgable, courteous, professional and even entertaining at the right moments all made it a pleasure to do buisness with Reads.Also a thanks must go to Callum for his help at times when Mike was on his days off.         After visiting other Garages and getting the hard sell, it was an absolute pleasure to visit Read the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, we did several test drives and nothing was too much trouble really, the overall experience was 5 star, we bought a car in the end and are very pleased and had a great Morning out.
