We went here at 11am with my 8 day old daughter in her pram, we were made to feel very unwelcome, there were some tables free which were reserved, the woman was deciding weather we could have 1 or not so I said we're only here for a quick coffee and cake, she was stood in front of a mirror and I saw her roll her eyes at another assistant. Then she suggested I take the pram apart! There was a free table in the window so I said can't we sit there, she said no your pram will be in the way! They clearly didn't want the pram in there but instead of saying I'm sorry we can't accommodate your pram they seemed very rude, after only just having a baby I felt very vulnerable and upset that we were treated like this!
