I trust this bike shop. Mechanics. I recommend them. Good value. Whenever my bike needs to be in service or for a repair, I take it with me to here for it to be had a looked at. Not overly friendly, but still honest and trusted men. | Do I still like them men? Yes (strongly agree with enthusiasm). Also, do they treat you in the way that you and everybody else in the world should except to deserve to be treated in at all times, as well? Yes (agree). | Other questionnaire surveys - : 1. Is the friendliness, kindness, gentleness of what I love? Yes ( strongly agree ). Graham and his colleagues? Yes ( strongly agree too ). 2. Do I love the friendly-sounding courtesy bike bells as well as the friendly-sounding honks of what horns the vehicles have got installed inside where the engines are situated? Yes x2 ( strongly agree by x2 again ). Graham and his colleagues? Neutral. Given reason why: Any of them saysometimes, bike bells, as well as friendly-sounding honks installed inside the vehicles need to be much louder, especially in big cities like London for example.

Headset bracket needed replacing and I didnt have the time and tools to do it myself. I took the bike in on Friday afternoon and it was done and ready for me first thing Saturday morning. Excellent customer service and turnaround time. Cant fault it. Definitely recommend and will be going back for anything else in the future.

**Not a keyboard warrior I Express my discontent in the store and was told to get out!!** Arrogance and insults from the owner/manager (see other reveiws on google) is the worst belittling my chosen bike set up and told me the reason I was getting knee pain was because I was old! (I'm 29 ) not my bike set up! This is just one experience I've had with the shop But before this review becomes as arduous as actually having to deal with Velo save yourselves the hassle and go elsewhere.
