Bike Align - Bike Fitter (By appointment Only)

Since my bike fit I have felt much more powerful on the bike. Those pains I use to get and thought were just part of biking are no longer there and my enjoyment is even greater when out on the bike. I really thought my bike was set up quite well but the changes made by Al although some smaller than other cumulatively made a massive difference to my riding. I just feel much stronger and faster! Not only that but it was a great learning experience and chat throughout the entire process! I cannot recommend enough! Thanks again Stephen

Really enjoyed my bike fitting today. Al and Rich were very friendly and explained everything from the measurements they were taking to the adjustments on the bike. The end result was my bike feeling much happier on the bike and without the previous aches and pains. I am looking forward to going back to them once my second bike arrives.

Very professional fit from guys that know what theyre talking about. A few little niggles rectified and some sound advice given along with the best aftercare. I cant recommend Bike Align highly enough 5*

I went to Bike Align on 26 June. Ive waited to post a review so as to be able to comment sensibly based on a reasonable chance to test out my cycle. I was over 3 hours with Rich and he was very thorough and methodical. The visit involved measuring, videoing and tying the cycle on the turbo to test out different angles etc. I dont pretend to understand all of the technicalities of the methodology Rich employed but he did explain the key bits clearly. Rich altered the angle of the saddle, the height of the saddle, the position of the cleats and the positioning of the handle bars so as to alter my reach. The bike is much more comfortable to ride and whilst I am not the strongest cyclist I feel that my power output has increased. The pain in the neck and shoulders which I experienced previously has dissipated to a large extent. I thought that the visit to Bike Align was well worth it and Rich was great to deal with. Bested upon my experience I think that my wife may well decide that she wants to undertake the same exercise. The fittings are not cheap but to some extent I feel that you do get what you pay for and I know people who have undertaken cheaper fittings only to be disappointed and find that the exercise was in effect a waste of time. The visit to Bike Align was followed up by a full written report which was very useful. Philip H
