        Got my daughter a nice big winged bed,didn't warn us that it may not fit up stairs and it didn't, rang to ask what I can do,to be told that they use a pvc company to remove upstairs window?,bloke came wants nearly 200,so rang back twice and told that wings unbolt inside bed,so taken back off no bolts it's been nailed and glued with nails inside not even nailed in properly,they knew before they sold us it that it may not fit by there reply to my first call,now got a 500+ bed my daughter can't use and looking at paying another 200 just to get it to her room.I just don't know what to do,anybody got any ideas would be really helpful as on low income because of ptsd,and my partner is only a nurse,we had to save to get my daughter this bed she's been wanting all year.
