        Went in the Grimsby branch today with two friends , my first friend walked in freely with her handbag as normal we stopped to look at some products near the door and what followed was humiliating, and degrading. The gent shouted from the till whilst serving another customer and insisted we put her handbag in a locker before we proceeded any further. I understand you have to take measures to prevent shop theft but this is beyond normal measures, ask your self? what shop do you go in that you have to put your personal belongings in a locker some belongings you may need with you at all times which is why you carry a bag. But to make matters worse you are patronised and instructed to put your bag in a locker making you feel like some petty shoplifter. My advice is go to Sallys or any other wholesaler.
