The Establishment

First night in Los Gigantes, stopped by for some late food, Felix the server was absolutely brilliant, food we ordered ended up coming slightly wrong, however was more than apologetic and looked after us, I really cant fault the service will definitely be going back most evenings. Thank you for looking after us so well!

This was our first time and really enjoyed ourselves good cocktails service wasn't to long to wait. Also had pool table and toilets fine just needed to be checked abit more but was busy staff was friendly and doing great job.

We accidentally ordered a drink to the wrong table number. Nobody was sat at the table and no drink had been delivered. We admitted that we made a mistake and that we know the drink had not been delivered as we can see the empty table. The manager of this multi million pound brand then said it was our fault and he would not get us 1. This pub is crowded and the order system does not work. Would not recommend unless you want to be packed in and not receive any help from staff.
