        Had to wait a short time for cashier as they were short staff, not a problem for me and not their fault but a coffee machine would be nice if you are waiting. X

        My wife visited this branch today with her grandma. This is what she had to say: Brandon, the member of staff, was super. He was very friendly and efficient. Supportive of our needs and very approachable. He clearly knew what he was doing and how to do it. Was discrete when discussing finances and made my grandma feel very comfortable. We couldn't of asked for better and hope that Brandon, himself, is there of we need further assistance. He was great.

        I wish to thank the Manager of TSB Grimsby Adrian Wright but essentially Nina Buverley who actually travelled all the way from Derbyshire when there was a problem with my bank . Nina arranged all this within 24 hours. Due to my situation ar the moment I am unable to visit TSB so they came to me and sorted the problem out within half hour. There attitude was so friendly and calming they are a credit to TSB. Nina thank you I will now be able to relax thanks to your reassurance .
