Waited for so so long in the queue today - only 1 person on counter and then when another appeared the first one grabbed her iPad and came out onto the floor to join the other 3 !!! Customer service sadly just appalling

Always closed most people finish at a normal work time, so you finish work usually 4ish then nip to bank and its closed at 3 everyday can you believe it

Visited the bank this afternoon. With it being a Friday youd of thought the bank would plan pre-plan and expect it to be a bit busier than usualnot this branch. 5 members of staff I saw walking around, including a bank manager, yet only one on the counter. Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over half an hour and then up and left after still 5 deep in the que. Changing banks, utter disgrace and lack of any management plan there.

Went into the Grimsby branch with my Wife to pay off the mortgage in full with today's expectation of have to climb through loads of hoops and jump loads of hurdles. Me and my Wife and kids stood with the lady at the desk for a full 30 minutes much to people in the queues dismay. It turns out the next free appointment is in 17 days time!!!!! Shocking is not a word for it.
