Needed a drive belt for my combo at 12:30 saturday afternoon they didnt have one in stock but got one else where within 40 mins , couldnt be more happy with the service and friendly helpful staff

Previously good experiences, but not recently. I took the car in for an MOT and they outsourced it to another garage, therefore still responsible for sub-contractored work. The car failed it's MOT needing a few things (2x tyres, abs sensor bracket, inner tie rods) and the quote was over 600. Decided to take it elsewhere for repairs, as they (Wilco Motorsave) would not consider fitting a 2nd hand wheel hub (cheaper than a bearing replacement, as the abs sensor bracket is part of it). I had 2 tyres fitted elsewhere, purchased a 2nd hand hub assembly from eBay for 27 and 2x inner tie rods from AutoDoc for 40. I the took the hub, tie rods and car to another garage for the work, they advised the inner Tie Rods were not required and an MOT was issued. Total cost was 297 inc with the now not-needed rods. Sadly, stuck with them.. Perhaps next time, I'll stick with the various "just MOT" places around the area.

Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful staff. Gentleman checked that all my lights were working as I thought I had a fault on my reverse lights.. but I didnt. Did make a small purchase too. Bought our bikes from here in the past and also had tyres and roof rack fitted. Great team
