        Survey conducted on 21st March with promise of report in 2-3 weeks. It's now nearing 6 weeks with no sign of a report despite frequent requests. If using Ross Davy.. do your due diligence..proceed with caution.

        Poor service. Viewed the property but the subsequent plans were incorrect. Didn't manage expectations or ask for extra investigation to ensure the plans would actually work. This resulted in significant extra costs to us. He committed to refund the cost of their service due to the problems, but then decided to change his mind. Awful service, never use.
