I have been with Kelly for nearly 8 weeks now. I am having online coaching. I have had coaching before but I have never had this much progress before. When I say progress I mean that Kelly has provided me with education around nutrition and fitness. I know how to track and watch certain things. I am developing better habits and have control over binge eating. I can have a life and be healthy and fit. She has given me 1000% encouragement and is just always there and has my back. The communication is brilliant and the app she uses is great. I have set little goals with fitness and nutrition which I am working towards. I am looking in the mirror and I am loving more and more what I see. Who knows what I (we) can achieve over the next couple of months. If you are considering online coaching but are not who to choose then consider Kelly because I have never felt as supported than I have with her

I wish I had found Kelly sooner. I have yo yo dieted for years, but now I am loosing weight, understanding and learning about MY body. Kelly manages things so I dont get overwhelmed, is always there to listen, help with advice and when things need altering, they are altered with an explanation I can understand. I really am on a journey and loving the process. Thank you Kelly for just being you.

After years of trying different diets I approached Kelly for coaching. It was the best decision I could have made. Kelly has created me workouts that fit within my busy lifestyle and also provided me with nutritional advice. Im just over 5 weeks in and have lost inches and not felt like I was on a diet once!! Kelly is in touch most days to check in ok and offer support which Im so grateful for. Highly recommend Philips Fitness to anyone wanting to feel fitter and healthier.

Since joining Kelly's plan I've gone from 114 kgs to 106 in just a couple of months. She is incredibly patient and encouraging and is really working with me instead of dictating to me. I'm exercising more than in the last 7 years combined because she's created something that fits around my lifestyle. Thoroughly recommended!

If you're ready to make a change, Kelly Phillips is the fitness coach for you! I signed up initially for the 4-week coaching package and was so impressed after seeing my results that I signed up for another 4. Having tried (unsuccessfully!) many times to lose weight, with Kelly's help, I've already lost half a stone, improved my fitness levels and feel so much better about myself, physically and mentally. Even my doctor was impressed. Kelly's put together a varied training plan carefully tailored to me, plus plenty of meal ideas. All feel completely realistic and achievable, yet most importantly get results. I've also managed to get my love of carbs under control - finally! Kelly's weekly feedback is beyond thorough. It's clear to see how much thought and care she puts into making sure each week pushes me that little bit more. And because she's only a message away via her app if I need her, it feels like we're in it together! It's without doubt one of the best things I've done for myself in a very long time. I feel very lucky to have found Kelly - she's a life changer!
