        Rooms: Room was spacious yet cosy. The bathtub was great for a hot bath after a long hike. Walkability: Due to the A66 the walkability of the place is not the best but the attached bikeway and side roads make up for it.

        Had the most wonderful staff at Lane Head Country Guest House. Amazing hosts who went to every effort to make sure we were looked after. The rooms are super cosy and beautifully decorated. Perfect location with transport links to Penrith and Keswick as well as stunning views overlooking the fells right on your doorstep. Fantastic stay, thank you so much!
