Ive worked with Tash on my salons branding and literature for over 9 years (weve had changes along the way) and Mike over the last 5 years, taking control of my business website. Tash has always taken the time to really understand the heart and soul of my business and really helped to show who we are through print and digitally. Im not a very techy person so working with Tash and Mike is a dream, not only are they patient and ever so creative but they also allow me to send information in my slightly disorganised way. Last year I thought of the most exciting and rewarding business. I knew I had found my purpose, but I didn't know where to start to make it all happen...then I met Tash! We started with a brand discovery meeting where we talked, brainstormed and refelected to come up with the perfect vision of what my business should and could be. Natasha was introduced to me via Cate @babel babies. The illustrations Natasha did for Cate were unbelievable. Long story short, I have worked with Natasha for almost 9 months to date. She has been incredibly patient, straightforward and god sent. I made in numerable changes to my website , adding and subtracting programs and services. Never once did Natasha seem impatient or frustrated with me. In fact I credit Natasha to make me see what the business could be with her incredible vision. Natasha and Mike are always in my corner and they make things happen. We went through so many hoops and loops but I always felt seen and heard. It was very important to me to work with a woman run business and Natasha is an expert in her field. She is professional whilst being creative and a dreamer. She is punctual and reliable. I am a start up and Natasha not only designed my website but offered insight and was willing to learn US tax system (kudos to Mike) and deal with the shipping dilemma we had that stalled thr projects for months.
