We take our MS Dolly here. She's always treated well and they do an excellent job. You do have to pay a deposit when booking but this is then taken off the price when you pay.

DO NOT USE Charged a 85 year old woman that was unable to attend her appointment as she chose the wrong day 90 pounds as she missed the appointment despite wanting to reschedule for the next day or a more convenient time I find this grossly unacceptable. A fee for a missed appointment possibly but not 90 this is scandalous j hope thos pita other people off from using there services

I appreciated this groomer was going to be expensive but found my visit to total rip-off. I was quoted 50 per Cockapoo and they would decide what my little one would cost on seeing her. This was in two price grades, 45 for a blade cut, 60 for a scissor cut. When I explained that was the same price I was charged in central London, I was also told I could go there. Having seen two dogs leaving with very skinny legs I decided not to risk a cut Rather than leaving them without clients for the slot, I asked how much a wash and brush up would be instead, I was told 10. Big mistake! When I came to pay the bill it was 115 for three dogs ie 10 off. That means for wash and brush up, without even cutting nails, that was 40 Her cockapoo and 35 for a small dog. Having told the story to a number of friends who are groomers, one was furious that there should be a price difference for Blade and scissor as she said every Qualified groomer should know how to do a scissor cut. Apart from being rude before I even change to a wash, they are overpriced and not particularly talented from viewing the results on a Cockapoo and schnauzer
