        Went in for a tracking realignment. Cameron served me and did a great job, very trustworthy and honest appraisal of what needed doing.

        What a joke of garage had my car booked for mot today 11,30 when I got there I had to wait half an hour still my car wasnt touched in end I took it somewhere else. I have seen clowns but this place tops it up KEEP AWAY FROM ATS,,

        Went here some time ago to regas the air con system for my S-max. What annoyed me and led to me making a comprehensive complaint with a view to get some compensation, was that despite calling and advising them of the car type, they advised me that they didn't stock the necessary equipment to regas my particular car. Minor and disingenuous apologies do not make up for sheer laziness or indeed incompetence. After lengthy dialogue via phone and email l was offered a lousy 10% discount which l managed to use at the probably worse Erdington garage which is another story. Annoying is an understatement and l wouldn't use or recommend this business to anybody. The sad thing is the decent branch located in Smethwick closed down a few years ago. Most of them were helpful and decent.
