        Repeatedly cancelled appointments; extremely rude when they do turn up. Caused more damage to my worktops and then accused me of deliberate damage. Unresponsive and angry when asked to make good. Now refusing to cooperate with the kitchen supplier who contracted them. AVOID! Update: Work checked by three experts, all of whom have slated Neo Granite's work. BEWARE!
