Wonderful personal care, Riza really cares and when I mistakenly ordered two identical items, Riza contacted me and asked if I would like a refund! This was so refreshingly unexpected, I decided to buy another item as a gift and Riza has even chosen for me and posted it out. What service! Will definately use Pachamama again. Thank you

Initially bought a jacket. Once it arrived I was hooked. I ordered and very swiftly received a further order. I think that says everything really. Riza was very helpful too with my questions and requests. Great products, great service, great ethics, great prices. What's not to love? Thank you Pachamama. I absolutely love Pachamama and as you can see from the photo, so do my family! All of us own at least two Pachamama items and we also filled our Christmas tree with their lovely felt decorations last Christmas! My son is genuinely excited whenever he gets to wear his fox and bunny hats and gets a lot of compliments from them too. Prices (for everything) are very reasonable and I can't fault their customer service, which is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Pachamama is now my go to place for knitwear! The fact that they are a fair trade supplier is a nice bonus too - honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough!
