I would highly recommend Esther and TLC. Esther provided an extremely professional, efficient and speedy service which included sworn translations and legalisation/apostillation of two visa documents. I sent originals to her on the Wednesday which she received on Thursday morning (she went in to the office at 7am to receive them) and I had my sworn translations and legalised/apostilled documents back on Saturday morning in time for a visa appointment on Monday. This was all despite a day's delay at the FCO. Excellent service!

Esther recently carried out an urgent translation of a number of documents for me. My experience with Esther was absolutely excellent and I would recommend her without hesitation. To set out the situation in a bit more detail, on a Saturday afternoon I realised that I needed translations of a number of documents urgently, in time for a visa appointment only a few days later. I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to find a translator able to take on this task at such short notice. However, after reaching out to Esther, she replied very promptly and provided a quote that same afternoon. She then had the translations ready by Monday morning and also accepted a new request that same morning, having those new translations ready by the Monday evening. Esther's service was simply first-class and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. I was particularly grateful that she accepted my request on a weekend, given the urgency. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
