Arrived 5 mins early for boat this evening but was turned away by grumpy & unfriendly attendant and made to wait 30 mins for the following boat. They didnt allow us to stay under cover on the pier but queue outside instead (not nice when raining). Really hectic and mismanaged queuing system. We were front of the queue (after not being allowed on the earlier boat and waiting the 30 min) but ended up last ones on the boat! Boat ride itself is great as a tourist attraction but expensive as a method of commuting around London.
