First time you go in here it can feel a bit daunting. Much of the stock - mainly toiletries, cleaning and cooking related - is displayed in large plain dispensers. As we are conditioned to make purchase decisions by the packaging, colours and design, its odd not to have this visual stimulation. But the products seem to be effective, the prices are fair - unlike many environmentally conscious brands- and the owners are really super friendly: on hand if you need any help but will leave you to wander without any pressure. Everyone should grab a jar or bottle, take it down and give package free shopping a try.

Lovely shop with a good range of staples. If you compare to supermarkets it is actually pretty cheap. Especially for spices and seeds. For laundry powder, liquids like body soap and shampoo I think the price is still a bit expensive so would think twice about that altho cheaper for eco alternative. Friendly service and easy to get a hang of refilling. Dog friendly too!
