I have booked 6 sessions for laser fungal removal! The clinic is very clean the staff is welcoming and professional! I have seen improvements for the second session already! Special thank you to Zehra for making my experience so fun!

Great location, great staff, beautiful clinic! Ive had my laser and hydra facials here and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Such lovely friendly women and atmosphere. :)

Do not go here for laser hair removal, unprofessional staff and manager. No one knew anything about my notes, I showed up for my appointment got undressed and right before my laser was told that they couldnt do it because they forgot to tell me my sessions were up. Horrible communication and then had the audacity to say I could still do a session if I paid, I also called in advance to double check my appointment and no one told me about my sessions being up. Also they cancelled quite a few of my sessions due to no staff which they do very last minute. But will charge you a ridiculous amount for rescheduling. I still feel Im owed a few more sessions due to them cancelling so many of mine and making my hair growth worse because of it but they didnt seem to think so. Will not be coming back her ever again!

Although there seems to be quite a few positive reviews, I cannot say mine will be the same. Firstly, I spent a week trying to get an appointment for teeth whitening. I tried via email and phone. Eventually I managed to get a booking. Turns out they can only do teeth whitening on a Thursday. I took the next available appointment, being 16thassuming of the same month Im calling in. Turns out its over 1 month away and I only found out upon arriving. Although the lady on reception was pleasant and said she will listen back to the phone all, its simply ridiculous the hassle Ive gone through to get an appointment, and the 1 month wait. If the practice is over subscribed, take your offer down from Wowcher or make it clear theres a wait of atleast 1 month for a treatment. Shame really as Im local and was being the teeth whitening Guinea pig for my friends, and was definitely interested in asking about other treatments. So yes, completely out of by the difficulties in contacting, lack of availability and, the error in booking.
