Do not purchase anything from this company if you do not want to get ripped off. A person called Don from Promo Signs negotiated with us and asked us to pay 3k as a 50% deposit and promised us that he will deliver signs in 3 weeks which has now been delayed over 4 months and all they can do is apologise and blame the production team. They are nothing but ignorant people who have no responsibility for their actions at all. They have made us close the salon 5 times to fit the signs but cancelled on us last minute every time. And now they are refusing us for a refund by liang to us that signs are ready and they can't give us a refund even tho we have been waiting over 4 months and under consumers right act law 2015 we are entitled for full refund for breaching the contract and causing us loss of business. We now had to pass this case to our solictours to take it to small claims court in order to get a refund as they are in wrong. Don't waste your time and money with those liars.
