Absolute dump! Zero customer service, went there over the weekend. Kitchen was chaos, got told food will take 40 mins which was fine.1.5hrs later no food. A number of other people were complaining about the same thing and demanding refunds. Food eventually came, sausage dish looked like it had been sitting under the heater far too long as the gravy formed a layer of film(see pics) the fish dish should have come with quinoa, when questioned got told the green stuff was quinoa ! Kids cheese burger has no cheese, fish fingers fried to death! When questioning the manager about the food hiss response was what do you want me to do? Asked him to refund the entire bill and he only offered 18 refund. Avoid! Waste of 70

The food didn't come all at once, some plates had cold food. No garnishes, salads or vegetables. No vegetables or salads available as side orders. REALLY DISAPPOINTING. Been many times before but not for a year or so, the fall in quality is alarming

I celebrated my 50th here. Tommy and the team were absolutely amazing - the service was friendly and efficient and they were flexible and unfazed by last minute changes. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place for your function.
