There has been a theft in my property for which i've requested cctv footage, this is now over a month ago. Not only are they not helpful with providing this, they have not even responded. Terrible experience with this company. They will hear from my silicitor, doubt my solicitor will hear back.

Difficult to imagine a worse property management company. They don't even respond to my messages asking how much money I owe our buildings management company.

They charge for things they don't need to and when you get over that, they take so long to actually carry out the task you paid for. In some cases, something that should take 2 to 3 days, is currently taking months and counting. Agreed meetings are missed without any notice or subsequent apology or explanation. Emails are ignored for months. Your calls are dodged. No consideration of the effect they have on lives including vulnerable people.

Qbit took over the management of our property a few years ago with the promise of lower fees and better service. Since then we have seen the exact opposite, fees have increased and the service is appalling. Generally emails and phone messages are ignored, the only way to guarantee a response is to threaten to withhold payment. We just received our April 22-March 23 bill today (August 3rd) with no apology or explanation for the lateness, just threats of extra fees if payments don't begin soon. Also NOT accredited with ARMA. Let this bunch of shysters take over the running of your property at your peril!

Unbelievably clueless and incompetent about the simplest things about property management. They don't seem to manage to keep a log of anything they are doing, so leaseholders have to constantly chase and then they ask once again for information they already have. They constantly dodge questions and getting them to simple agree that something is actually an issue takes months and dozens of emails. Their management of contractors is one of the worse I've ever seen. Contractors show up with the wrong information about issues, scheduling times when it's managed by GQ is always a headache and when contractors eventually pull off because it's a mess GQ has no track of what has been done and their relationship with the contractors was so damaged that they can't even reach back to them to ask for information on what has been done. This is one of the things they can't hide from us because we can actually talk to contractors and we know how there's a different story being told to us and to them. The nightmares and frustrations of dealing with this company could be made into a book. They have some people that seem to honestly be willing to help, but it seems like there is a culture issue that starts with the owner. If anyone reading this is in a position to avoid this company, please do. I would honestly avoid moving into a building that is managed by them and wouldn't get them to manage even a kids playground even it was for free.
