Making my way through the course but can already tell I dont need to finish before giving 5 stars. This course is beautifully filmed, wonderfully narrated, and is the most thorough pizza experience Ive found online. You can tell this video is built from countless hours of pursuing a passion. Its cool to be able to tag along and learn a skill set that Im sure took years and years to develop. Thanks for making such a solid course Rene! Cant wait to make my first sourdough pizza.

Rene does seriously good pizza. The ingredients are sumptuous and authentic (the olive oil, traditional flour, mozzarella is all flown in from Italy). The pizzas highlight is the light and airy, slightly chewy sourdough base that come with a lip-smacking, truly amazing tomato sauce. It's the simplicity of the pizzas with quality ingredients that really stand out. Cancel that Easy Jet flight to Naples, you have the real deal here at Rene's Pizza Place!
