Worst pizza express restaurant I've been too, and they are usually pretty consistently good. The corridor to the toilets was filthy, Mens toilets were out of order and had to use disabled toilet (tap didn't work and there was no soap). Glass of wine came with a piece of tissue in the bottom of it. Waiting staff were very dismissive. We were trying to order for a while but our waiter was relaying tables next to us when the restaurant was almost empty... Had to ask several times for pepper, olive oil etc. They also had no wine glasses available so had to drink out of gin glasses. Food was also slapped onto the plate, cheese cake was served upside down.. and smashed all over the plate. We had to ask for things to be taken off the Bill because service was so poor. Really disappointing experience overall.
