        First time using the Greenwich Hound, did a lovely job of my toy poodle Zen. Definitely recommend.

        Never again. They've hurt my dog. He got from them clipper burns / wounds... never again. That is not normal.

        Slow, over-priced, poor service, with multiple hidden costs. I was quoted 1.5-2 hours for a full groom on my toy poodle. They took 2.5 hours and blamed this on him being cheeky (he is 8.5 years old with a good temperament; weve never had a problem before). They charged extra for this cheekiness. They also charged extra because they had to look after him longer. In total they charged 71 for a groom (their website quotes 50). The groom itself is ok, however they didnt clean his teeth (which is included). Definitely not worth the money. I will avoid this place at all costs in the future.

        This is a lovely place to take your dog. We went there for the first time and they listened to what we wanted done and then just did it. Our dog got to interact with other dogs which we believe helped to keep him calm. The staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming we will definitely be taking woofer back there again.
