        They keep cancelling without properly communicating with you. Many times we went to our appointment and being denied because they cancelled the appointment without actually confirming with you

        Lovely staff was the third time i have taken my 10 month old puppy there but the groom this time is very scruffy. Like it was rushed. Shame because they really liked Mabel. Im hoping its just a one of as it costs 50 each time

        Took our bull dog, Albie, for wash and blow dry on Saturday 25th March. Can highly recommend, excellent groomers, and fantastic place to leave our babies in the capable hands of lovely and caring professionals. Will definitely be going back on a regular basis. Thank you for making Albie experience a very pleasant one xx

        I made a complaint, and basically I was told We are all trained the same way, find somewhere else. I thought it was very rude and didnt care about the customer at all.
