Nick its just the right choice for a PT. Nick wont be just another trainer who want to pump you to be next muscle men. He took care of my needs and helped me with my lower back pain. I went from not being able to sit or stand without being in pain to being in control of my body. Learning how to control the pain and studying my movement pattern really made the difference. Ill be always grateful to Nick for saving me and my back!

Nick is an effective, compassionate trainer for people on a journey to recover their strength after illness or navigating the changes brought about by the menopause. I could feel the benefit from the first few weeks and have enjoyed every session since!

Before meeting Nick I always looked at the weight section with fear and the idea that it would make me feel and look bulky. He proved me wrong and made me addicted to it. He supported me through my gym journey, by helping me build my confidence and regain strength after injuries. He always pushed me to the limit, and I might have told him off few times, but he always saw right through me and knew I could do it. Could go on and on about how amazing he is, but truth is you gotta work with him to find out! Whether you're experienced in the gym or a newbie (like I was) Nick is the person for you. A PT but a friend as well. 100000/10 would recommend x

Nick was my PT for 6 months during my time in Greenwich and I'm so glad I decided to train with him. As someone with pre-existing conditions that means I have some limited joint mobility (especially in the ankle) and muscle atrophy it was important I found the right trainer to work with. Nick has an excellent technical knowledge and tailored workouts to my specific needs. He was also great in helping me build a healthy mindset and attitude towards getting in the gym, with a focus on progressing each week, recognising the small milestones and emphasising that if you do the small things well and consistently, you will see the results... and I most definitely did! Friends started to notice changes in my physique and I was even able to get back some range of motion in my left ankle thanks to focused leg work each week! As someone who'd always been a bit apprehensive about getting in the gym, Nick helped me build confidence and enjoy workouts. I can highly recommend working with Nick who finds the perfect balance between being a great motivator but understanding about individual needs and limitations
