Antonio is been my PT for over three years, I originally started as for my work in an office was having regular pain in my back and during that time I was also struggling with other health problems which with his wide knowledge help me all the way to make me back on track and be myself again and now I am happy to be able to keep going with the training sessions more focusing on fitness. Is great at structuring the workouts for my goals (adapting them to my needs and abilities), making me feel motivated and comfortable, and supporting / pushing me all the way when I convince myself that cant do it. But the best thing is that makes me enjoy the hard training and with the diversity of the exercises, I never get bored (If the exercises are easy, youre doing them wrong!) Health (physically and mentally) is very important and I would have never have been able to reach this goal without Antonios help. He is a fantastic PT. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I've been training with Antonio for over a year now and with his help I am being able to make some changes in my lifestyle that were unimaginable sometime ago. Being over 40, I started to worry about the lack of exercise in my life and also about my eating habits, so I decided it was time to change that and have a healthier lifestyle. Antonio has helped me to implement these big changes in my routine and I could never thank him enough for that. I've got more confident about my image, my body and started to change my eating habits. All work in progress, of course, old habits die hard. But with his help, motivation and the consistency and frequency of the training, I'm making steady progress. Above all, working with Antonio is easy. He's the kind of guy who you instantly feel comfortable with. If you're looking for a PT to help you achieve your goals, look no more.
