My advice would be to steer well clear of this company. I paid for an initial 4 hour deep clean with a view to getting the place spotless before committing to a regular fortnightly clean. I live in a very standard 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and based on experience felt 4 hours would be more than enough to clean the place to a good standard. I came home to both bathrooms completely untouched, the hallway untouched and the areas that had been cleaned to a very average level. Simple checks in the corners of the room provided loads of dust and dirt, and it genuinely didnt even smell as if any cleaning products had been used (I provided everything). The best way I can describe would be when I used to forget to tidy the house as a child then rush round when I knew my Mum was on he way home! We are all familiar with the smell of a freshly cleaned property and this just wasnt it. The cleaner took all of the money I left to pay, and even took the tip I left despite not finishing half of the property which really didnt sit well with me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service at which point I was advised the cleaner would be back the next day to finish the job. Conveniently she had a stomach bug the next day, then again the following day was supposed to arrive but didnt because of a misunderstanding. She offered to return at the weekend but my patience ran out at this point, Im a really reasonable person but this fell way below my expectations and would strongly advise choosing an alternative provider.
