        Booked cervical screening appointment a month or so before. Arrived early, receptionists were lovely,, appointment was a little late but nothing unexpected (only fault which prevents this from being five star), was seen by a wonderful nurse (Caroline) who explained everything clearly and thoughtfully. Wanted to take the time to write this review as I was shocked by the number of poor reviews for this practice and want to slightly tip the scales!

        Absolutely horrendous surgery. You can never get a GP appointment. It is easier to go abroad to be treated. And you pay national insurance to fund this absolutely useless service. They also won't let you private insurance. Private insurers ask GPs to complete a form to state there are no pre-existing conditions. The form is 2 pages. Their response is that you have to pay for them to complete the form because it is non-NHS work (sorry but what is your work?!) and it takes them 12 weeks to do it!!! Have you seen anything more ridiculous than that. Avoid at all costs!
