Gee Pharmacy

Absolutely appalling place. They send you messages saying your prescription is ready, then when you get there they tell you there isnt one. You go to collect a prescription your GP has sent through and they tell you its not there, or that you have already had it, only for them to call you a few days later to advise they found your prescription and they was wrong. There is no order to their filing system or how they process prescriptions or collections. AWFUL!

I do not usually write reviews for pharmacies but given how helpful the staff at Gee were I felt I needed to commend them. They were friendly, efficient and extremely informative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff whispering and being rude about me whilst I was there! Constantly moaning, rolling eyes and being so disrespectful every time I speak to them. They never pick up the phone, they have no manners, nothing is ever ready when its suppose to be & then they blame you for that. Tell you not to come on the weekends, then why open? Over priced items, the shop is a VERY unclean. They do not wear masks correctly even when they come from behind the counter. I would avoid at all costs!!

I'm happy to use Gee pharmacy, it's near my house and my GP surgery. Staff are usually ok when I'm there, but they need to become more efficient at responding to phone calls
